   I add half the amount. The flavor is superior. I used for the first time while making my daughter wedding cake. Each layer was a different flavor, so was the filling and frosting.

   Works fine. I just wish they had a dropper for the 8 oz bottles as well. It is good being able to measure exactly and reduce spilling.
